At General Medtech, we aim to provide competitive pricing on all medical equipment we carry. If you come across a better advertised price on the same product, we’re happy to take a look and see if we can match it.

Before You Order

If you spot a lower published price (not including shipping/handling) for the exact same item from another authorized U.S. retailer:

Send an email to info@generalmedtech.com with:

• The product name and/or model number

• A link or clear screenshot showing the lower price

Once we review and confirm the pricing, we’ll update your cost before you complete your order.

After Your Order Has Been Placed

If you find a lower advertised price within 14 days of your purchase date, email us with:

• Your General Medtech order number

• A link or screenshot of the competing offer

If your request qualifies, we’ll issue a refund for the difference.

What Is Not Eligible

To maintain a fair and consistent policy, the following types of pricing are excluded from our price match program:

1. Short-Term Manufacturer Discounts

Price reductions caused by temporary manufacturer-driven promotions, including:

• Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals

• Major seasonal or holiday sales

• Limited-time price reductions

• Flash sales or short-window price drops

Manufacturers typically do not provide these discounted dealer costs retroactively. If our own wholesale cost is not lowered, we cannot match these prices.

2. Price Drops More Than 14 Days After Purchase

If a lower price appears beyond the 14-day window, the order is no longer eligible for price matching.

3. Non-Authorized Sellers

We only match official, authorized retailers who are approved to sell the brand.

Why These Exceptions Exist

We honor legitimate price match requests whenever possible. However, sudden manufacturer promotions and holiday markdowns are usually not supported on the dealer side. When our supplier does not reduce our cost as well, matching those prices would require us to sell below cost—something manufacturers prohibit and which is not sustainable.

We value transparency and strive to offer competitive pricing year-round, without gimmicks or unrealistic promises.
