Each product page includes buttons to add a 2-year or 3-year plan right above the main “Add to Cart” button.
2.) Add During a Phone Order
Ordering by phone? Tell your representative which protection plan you prefer, and they’ll attach it to your order instantly.
3.) Add After Your Purchase
Forgot to include coverage? No worries — you can still purchase a plan within 7 days of receiving your item. Just call or email us and we’ll get it added.

Is this the same as the manufacturer warranty?
No. This is an upgrade that includes additional benefits such as accidental damage coverage and expanded service options.
Is there a catch?
No catch. Once the plan is purchased, we cover all parts and labor for eligible repairs or replacement.
When does coverage start?

Can the plan be transferred to a new owner?
Yes — your protection plan can move with the equipment if you sell or give it to someone else.
